Kraus-Anderson is a construction management and real estate services firm known for delivering commercial construction, development, and facility management solutions. This project focused on designing a memorable plaque wall in the Minneapolis HQ. The concept was developed to communicate and reinforce the company’s core values through a bold, spatially integrated display that combined typographic storytelling with curated imagery. By incorporating photography of employee outings and company events, the design emphasized culture, collaboration, and appreciation, transforming the wall into an experiential piece that connects everyday workplace moments to the organization’s broader values and identity.
