Airbnb Apartments team needed to adapt their existing 20×20 exhibit into a more compact 10×20 footprint while maintaining the look and feel of the larger environment. The primary challenge was maximizing reuse of existing components to stay within budget, while still delivering a cohesive and elevated brand experience. The final design reconfigured key elements into a flexible layout featuring both standing and soft seating conversation areas, along with a prominent swag display to attract attendees, creating a space that supported multiple engagement styles while continuing to celebrate the Airbnb brand.
